摘要
高校易班协同育人是指高校借助易班网络平台优势,以立德树人为根本,统一思想认识,实现全员、全过程和全方位育人。它强调易班主体的全员协同以及通过易班对大学生进行全过程和全方位的网络思想政治教育。但在"互联网+"背景下,高校易班协同育人的思想意识缺乏,全员、全过程和全方位育人不足,协同育人保障机制不完善。因此,要在树立协同育人思想意识、建立全员参与的协同育人队伍、健全全程贯通的协同育人平台、丰富全方位育人的内容供给和完善协同育人保障机制上下功夫,不断构建易班协同育人良好局面,凸显网络育人新成效。
Ibadan collaborative education in colleges and universities means that colleges and universities take the fundamental goal of establishing moral education and talent cultivation as the fundamental goal by taking advantage of Yiban network platform,unify their ideological understanding,and realize the education of the whole staff,the whole process and all-round. It emphasizes the coordination of all members of the subject of Yiban and the whole process and all-round network ideological and political education to college students through Yiban. However,in the context of“Internet + ”,colleges and universities have problems of a lack of ideological awareness of collaborative education;insufficient of whole staff,whole process and all-round education;and without perfect collaborative education guarantee mechanism. Therefore,efforts should be made to establish the ideological awareness of collaborative education,establish a collaborative education team with full participation,improve a collaborative education platform that runs through the entire process,enrich the supply of all-round education content,and improve the collaborative education guarantee mechanism. To constantly build a good situation in Yiban collaborative education,highlight the new effects of online education.
