摘要
交通运输工程行业海外市场的竞争,其本质是人才的竞争,只有具有高素质的优秀人才,才能从根本上提升我国交通运输行业的素质和竞争力。“一带一路”倡议,推动了沿线海外市场对复合型人才的需求。为促进交通运输工程行业的蓬勃发展,我们需要及时调整交通运输方面的人才供给和选拔结构,而且还需根据时代要求对人才培养模式进行创新。旨在研究面向海外市场复合型交通运输人才的培养模式。
The competition in the overseas market of the transportation engineering industry is essentially the competition of talents.Only excellent talents with high quality can fundamentally improve the quality and competitiveness of transportation industry in China.“The Belt and Road”initiative has boosted the demand for compound talents in overseas markets along the route.In order to promote the vigorous development of the transportation engineering industry,it needs to adjust the talent supply and selection structure in transportation in a timely manner,and also needs to innovate the talent training mode according to the requirements of the times.This paper aims to study the training mode of compound transportation talents for overseas markets.
