隧道防火涂料冻融下的黏结强度预测模型研究

摘要 隧道防火涂料(简称"涂料")的抗冻融性能对其黏结性和耐久性有重要影响。研究了冻融循环下涂料黏结强度、损伤度的变化规律,通过大量试验得出了黏结强度与损伤度的关系方程式,然后采用"通用全局优化算法"得出回归参数。研究表明:涂料冻融循环下的黏结强度和损伤度之间具有相关性,建立的预测模型可作为涂料黏结强度与损伤度关系的参考。在工程应用中对涂料损伤进行评价,对测出的超声声速数据依据回归关系估算涂料黏结强度。 The Freezing-thaw performance of tunnel fireproof coating(referred to as"coatings")has an important impact for bonding property and durability.The variation law of bonding strength and coating damage degree under freezing-thawing cycle is studied in this paper,and the relationship equation between bonding strength and damage degree is obtained through a lot of experiments.Then the regression parameters are obtained by using"general global optimization algorithm".The results show that there is a correlation between bonding strength and damage degree under freezing-thaw cycle,and the established prediction model can be used as a reference for the relationship between coatings bonding strength and damage degree.In the actual engineering,the ultrasonic velocity data of coating is measured to evaluate the coating damage,and then the bonding strength of coating is estimated through the regression relationship,so as to estimate coatings bonding strength.
