摘要
为了加快数字孪生流域的建设工作,本文以陕西省某县为例,利用数字孪生技术进行洪水推演,感知洪水发生过程,进行灾害评估,准确发布预警信息,为县委县政府科学的指导防汛救灾工作提供数据支撑。
In order to accelerate the construction of the digital twin watershed,in this paper,taking County X of Shaanxi province as an example,digital twin technology is used for flood routing,sensing the process of the occurrence of disasters,evaluating said disasters,and providing accurate flood warnings to give data support for local county Party committees and county governments to scientifically guide flood control and disaster relief efforts.
