摘要
基于2006年、2012年、2014年和2017年高分辨遥感影像,利用遥感、GIS技术对禅城区自行政区划调整以来城市形态演变的特征和驱动因素进行分析,结果表明:(1)禅城区建设用地比例由2006年的64.62%增加至2017年的72.76%,城镇化水平高,土地开发强度大;(2)2006年至2017年,城市扩张经历了缓慢-高速-稳定3个发展阶段,扩张方式由2012年以前的粗放式扩张逐渐转为2012年以后的的填充式集约扩张,扩张方向主要往西、西北方向发展;(3)在城市内部,工业用地、居住用地和未利用地的相互转换程度最高,城市功能由单一的“生产型”向多功能的“综合型”发展,城市宜居性增强;(4)在政府调控措施中,“三旧”改造、规划协调、交通引导等因素对城市扩张的影响显著。
Based on the high-resolution remote sensing image of 2006,2012,2014 and 2017,this paper analyzes the characteristics and driving factors of the urban morphology evolution of Chancheng District since the adjustment of administrative divisions by using remote sensing and GIS technology.The results show that:(1)The proportion of construction land in Chancheng district increased from 64.62%in 2006 to72.76%in 2017,with higher urbanization level and higher land development intensity;(2)In 2006 to 2017,the urban expansion experienced three stages of"slow,high-speed and stable"development,the expansion mode gradually changed from extensive expansion before 2012 to filling intensive expansion after 2012,and the expansion direction is mainly to the West and northwest;(3)Within the city,industrial land,residential land and unused land have the highest degree of mutual conversion,Chancheng district develops from a single“production type”to a multi-functional“comprehensive type”,and its livability is enhanced;(4)Among the government’s control measures,“three old”transformation,planning coordination,traffic guidance and other factors have a significant impact on urban expansion.
