摘要
基于ArcGIS,利用兴趣点(point of interest,POI)数据建模,分析广州市城市国土开发密度现状。从POI类型、城市单元格网空间信息熵和建设开发强度方面对不同位置的POI数据进行加权,利用样方密度法计算格网国土开发密度值。从立体开发和分布的角度总结了4种国土开发密度模式。将分析结果与广州市国土空间规划进行对比,验证了基于新兴地理信息数据分析城市国土开发密度的有效性。
We use point of interest(POI)data to model and analyze the current situation of urban land development density in Guangzhou based on ArcGIS.POI data at different locations are weighted from the aspects of POI type,spatial information entropy of urban cell network and construction and development intensity.The quadrat density method is used to calculate the development density values of grid territory.Four land development density modes are summarized from the perspectives of 3D development and distribution.The comparison between analysis results and the land space planning of Guangzhou verifies the effectiveness of urban land development density analysis which is based on emerging geographic information data.
