摘要
本文对水文站网及其规划进行了简要概述;阐述了长江中下游地区水文站网的发展现状及存在的问题;通过目标评价和功能评价的方法,分析了规划设计应具备的合理性;提出了长江中下游地区水文站网的规划设计建议。
As the foundation of water conservancy project,hydrology can effectively solve flood disaster,ecological problem and water resource shortage.Reasonable planning of hydrologic station network can help hydrologic work to proceed smoothly.Firstly,this paper briefly discusses the hydrologic station network and its planning;then,it puts forward the development of hydrologic station network in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,and probes into the existing problems;again,it probes into the planning and design scheme of hydrologic station network in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River;finally,through the method of objective evaluation and function evaluation,it analyzes the rationality of the planning and design scheme.
