In order to effectively resist the flood disaster,ensure the sustainable development of environment,economy and society,and help the joint control ability of flood control,through the implementation of a series of water conservancy and ecological projects,improve the flood resistance ability of the river reach,and improve the living and production conditions of residents along the river.Through the implementation of supporting water conservation and biological engineering for flood control works,the local water environment can be effectively protected and improved to realize the harmonious and sustainable development of people and water.
