摘要
基于校企合作丰田T-TEP项目,对该项目培养的丰田班学生进行就业质量跟踪调查,以实际调查结果客观分析毕业生就业现状,分析影响毕业生就业质量存在的满意度、相关度、离职率等问题。
Based on the Toyota T-TEP project of cooperation between school and enterprise,the students of Toyota class trained by this project are followed up on the employment quality,and the actual results are used to objectively analyze the employment status of graduates,and the main problems affecting the employment quality of graduates,such as satisfaction,correlation degree,turnover rate and so on,are analyzed.
