摘要
在当代社会迅速发展的新时期,我国的经济建设一直都将三农问题摆在非常重要的战略地位,特别是近些年对新农村的建设正如火如荼的进行,它能够增加农民的收入,提高农业技术,改善农民生活质量。
In the new period of rapid development of contemporary society,the economic construction of our country has always put the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in a very important strategic position,especially in recent years,the construction of new countryside is in full swing,which can increase farmers’income,improve agricultural technology and improve farmers’quality of life.
