摘要
农业是关系到我国社会经济发展的重要产业,而水利工程建设则是我国农业产业发展的重要保障,除却对农业的影响之外,无论是人类的生存,还是生态环境的建设,都离不开水利工程,正是因为水利工程应用建设存在多面性,导致了水利工程存在的问题日益显露在人们的面前,尤其是在管理方面,传统的管理模式由于受到实效性和可操作性的影响,导致其无法满足当今时代水利工程发展的需求,所以说相关部门应该加大对于水利工程管理模式上的研究,以此保证水利工程的顺利运行。
Agriculture is an important industry related to the social and economic development of our country,and the construction of water conservancy projects is an important guarantee for the development of agricultural industry in our country.In addition to its impact on agriculture,water conservancy projects can not be separated from the survival of human beings or the construction of ecological environment.It is precisely because of the multi-faceted nature of the application of water conservancy projects that the problems existing in water conservancy projects are increasingly revealed to people,especially in the management field.The traditional management mode can not meet the needs of the development of water conservancy projects in the present era because of the influence of effectiveness and maneuverability,Therefore,the relevant departments should increase the research on the management mode of water conservancy projects to ensure the smooth operation of water conservancy projects.
