摘要
水利工程在投入运行以后,每年都可以发挥其灌溉、防洪等多种功能,为区域经济社会发展贡献巨大的力量。由于水利工程为大型工程项目,其施工阶段的任务繁重,在此阶段的工程造价管理将会关系到工程的经济与社会效益,因此,加强施工阶段的造价控制成为了各个工程企业不可忽视的重要工作,各个工程企业都需要严格采用先进的造价管理理念与方式,实现有效的造价控制。基于此,本文重点探析了水利工程施工阶段造价控制的相关策略,对于提升水利工程造价管理成效有着重要的意义。
After the water conservancy project is put into operation,it can give full play to its irrigation,flood control and other functions every year,and contribute great strength to the regional economic and social development.Because water conservancy project is a large project and its construction stage is heavy,the project cost management in this stage will be related to the economic and social benefits of the project.Strengthening cost control in construction stage has become an important work that can not be ignored by engineering enterprises.Based on this,this paper focuses on the analysis of the construction stage of water conservancy project cost control strategy It is of great significance to improve the cost management effect of water conservancy project.
