摘要
截至目前,随着大坝建设质量的提升,大坝的安全鉴定工作变得尤为重要,一直以来都是水库大坝建设的重点内容,安全鉴定主要通过安全管理措施,确保水库大坝的安全性。借助一系列较为科学有效的鉴定方法实现对水库水位、泄洪等情况的检查,以此来掌握大坝运行的真实状态,对安全问题有所认识,明确风险,注重风险防范,在此基础上提出加固措施,彻底避免建筑物风险的产生,确保水库大坝始终保持安全、平稳运行。本文将重点对大坝安全鉴定的方法进行分析,以便为今后的水库大坝鉴定工作提供参考。
Up to now,with the improvement of dam construction quality,dam safety appraisal hasbecome particularly important.It has always been the key content of reservoir dam construction.Safetyappraisal is mainly through safety management measures to ensure the safety of reservoir dam.With thehelp of a series of more scientific and effective identification methods to check the reservoir water level,flood discharge and other conditions,so as to grasp the true state of the dam operation,to understandthe safety problems,clear the risks,pay attention to risk prevention,on this basis,put forward reinforcement measures to avoid building risks,ensure the reservoir dam always maintain safe and smooth operation.This paper will focus on the analysis of dam safety identification methods in order to provide reference for reservoir dam identification in the future.
