摘要
智慧水利项目具有高风险的特性,对其进行风险管理策略的研究具有重大意义。本文从分析我国智慧水利项目的风险特征出发,继而基于咨询规划期、投资建设期和运营维护期三个阶段,揭示我国智慧水利项目风险来源,最后从成立领导小组办公室、提高风险管理意识以及细化风险管理机制和措施三大方面归纳我国智慧水利项目风险管理的经验建议。
Intelligent water conservancy project has the characteristics of high risk,and it is of great significance to study its risk management strategy.This paper analyzes the risk characteristics of China’s intelligent water conservancy projects,then reveals the risk sources of China’s intelligent water conservancy projects based on the three stages of consulting planning period,investment construction period and operation and maintenance period.
