摘要
山洪灾害数据共享及大数据展示系统是为实现各级政府的山洪灾害数据同步和部门间共享为目的,并且该系统通过同步共享各平台的山洪灾害防治监测数据、山洪调查评价等数据,以大数据计算、人工智能神经网络算法对数据进行进一步分析处理,采用微服务、GIS服务等技术实现了山洪灾害数据整合分析、多元化展示等功能,为打破以地域、部门、系统为边界的信息孤岛,使分散在政府各部门间信息资源以统一的标准规范整合利用,为山洪灾害防御工作提供了有力的技术支撑。
The mountain flood disaster data sharing and big data display system is designed to realize the mountain flood disaster data synchronization and inter-departmental sharing at all levels of government,and the system uses big data calculation,artificial intelligence neural network algorithm to further analyze and process the data by sharing the monitoring data of mountain flood disaster prevention and control of each platform,and uses micro-service,GIS service and other technologies to realize the functions of mountain flood disaster data integration analysis diversified display and so on.In order to break the information isolated island with region,department and system as the boundary,The integrated utilization of information resources scattered among government departments with unified standards and norms provides a strong technical support for mountain flood disaster prevention.
