摘要
水利工程是我国重要基础设施建设工程之一,对于我国水利安全、防洪抗灾、饮水安全等方面具有重要影响。近两年,我国各地区水利工程建设规模不断扩大,技术复杂性不断提升,大量机械、机电设备、通信设备、网络系统被运用于水利工程建设中,增加了工程质量与安全监督管理难度,如何更高效、可靠地开展质量管理与安全监督工作,是当下需要重点思考的问题。本文简要阐述了水利工程建设发展情况,分析了水利工程质量与安全监督问题,对如何解决水利工程建设质量与安全监督管理问题进行深入探究,以期能够为水利工程质量管理与安全监督体系的发展提供有价值的参考资料。
Water conservancy project is one of the important infrastructure construction projects in China,which has important influence on water conservancy safety,flood control and disaster resistance,drinking water safety and so on.In the past two years,the construction scale of water conservancy projects in various regions of China has been expanding and the technical complexity has been continuously improved.A large number of machinery,mechanical and electrical equipment,communication equipment and network systems have been applied to water conservancy projects,which has increased the difficulty of engineering quality and safety supervision.This paper briefly expounds the development of water conservancy project construction,analyzes the quality and safety supervision of water conservancy project,and probes into how to solve the quality and safety supervision and management of water conservancy project construction.In order to provide valuable reference for the development of water conservancy project quality management and safety supervision system.
