摘要
我国经济建设和民生建设离不开水利工程的支持,水利工程的质量往往会直接影响到我国经济可持续发展的质量。水利工程建设不仅要肩负起水资源能源供给功能,满足社会生产和人民生活需要,而且也要肩负起对我国水资源节能环保需要,尽可能提高水资源的利用能力,使我国水资源能够获得良好的经济效益和社会效益。随着我国城市化建设不断深入,水利工程施工管理工作也将越来越严格,目的是要提高我国水利工程施工水平,确保水资源使用能够在更高的标准下为我国经济持续发展保驾护航。
China’s economic construction and people’s livelihood construction can not be separated from the support of water conservancy projects,the quality of water conservancy projects will often directly affect the quality of sustainable economic development in China.Water conservancy project construction should not only shoulder the function of water resources energy supply,meet the needs of social production and people’s life,but also shoulder the need of energy saving and environmental protection of water resources in China,and improve the utilization capacity of water resources as much as possible.So that China’s water resources can obtain good economic and social benefits.Now with the deepening of urbanization construction in China,the construction management of water conservancy projects will be more and more strict.The purpose is to improve the construction level of water conservancy projects in China.To ensure that the use of water resources can protect the sustainable development of our economy under higher standards.
