摘要
水资源是人类生存发展过程中必不可少的资源,随着经济的发展,水污染的问题越来越严重,导致缺水的问题更加突出。因此,提升水资源的利用率成为当前重要的问题。农业生产中用水量比较多,尤其是灌溉环节,为提升灌溉的水资源利用率,需要对灌区的水资源进行优化配置。
Water resources is an essential resource in the process of human survival and development.With the development of economy,the problem of water pollution is becoming more and more serious,leading to the problem of water shortage.Therefore,improving the utilization rate of water resources has become an important problem at present.There is more water consumption in agricultural production,especially in the irrigation link.In order to improve the utilization rate of water resources in irrigation,it is necessary to optimize the allocation of water resources in the irrigated areas.
