摘要
绿色发展理念是近些年来我国在经济建设过程中提出的一项重要的发展理念,它结合了我国的现实情况以及对未来发展趋势的思考。海洋湖泊是我国重要的流域,在新的时期下,做好海洋湖泊的管理工作,对我国的生态文明建设具有深远的意义。河长制是习近平总书记提出的一项有关河湖管理的模式,在相关意见中明确指出要创新河湖管理的新形式,落实绿色发展理念,这一内容为我国的河湖管理提供了新的思路和方向。为了更好地落实这一项管理模式,相关部门必须要充分认识到河长制河湖管理模式的内涵和意义,全方位推进河长制工作的有效实施。基于此,本文重点探讨河长制河湖管理模式的内容以及落实举措,为我国河湖管理提供相关的意见。
The concept of green development is an important development concept put forward in the process of economic construction in recent years.It combines the reality of China and the thinking on the future development trend.Marine lakes,as an important river basin in China,are of far-reaching significance for the management of Marine lakes to the construction of ecological civilization in China under the new period.The"River chief system"is a model of river and lake management proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping.In the relevant opinions,it is clearly pointed out that the new forms of river and lake management should be innovated and the concept of green development should be implemented.This content provides new ideas and direction for the river and lake management in China.In order to better implement this management mode,the relevant departments must fully realize the connotation and significance of the river chief system and river and lake management mode,and promote the effective implementation of the river chief system in an all-round way.Based on this,this paper focuses on the content and implementation measures of the river chief system,to provide relevant opinions for the river and lake management in China.
