摘要
风景园林本科教育是我国风景园林人才培养的核心力量。在全国风景园林本科教育全面推进的背景下,作为人才培养主力军的地方院校,适时探讨适应区域经济建设需求的特色型风景园林人才培养方案尤为必要。基于我国风景园林教育发展特点、地方院校风景园林人才培养实践的制约性,结合山东建筑大学省属工科院校办学特点以及同源学科办学优势,通过近十年的人才培养实践对地方高校特色型风景园林专业人才培养体系进行积极的探索:确立了"依托优势,突出特色,服务地方"的人才培养目标;提出了"TECS"人才培养理念和"精细化’2+2+1’"人才培养模式;设置了"同源学科为基础,复合理论为支撑,规划设计为主导,多元实践为平台"的学科交融、特色突出的课程体系。
The undergraduate education of landscape architecture is the core strength of the cultivation of landscape architect in China.Under the background of the comprehensive promotion of undergraduate education in landscape architecture in the country,it is necessary to timely explore the special landscape architect training program that meets the needs of local economic construction for a local college with certain restrictions on talent reserve,financial support and school conditions.Based on the characteristics of the development of landscape architecture education in China and the constraints of the cultivation practice of landscape architects in local colleges and universities,combined with the characteristics of Shandong Jianzhu University and the advantages of subjects with the same discipline,through the cultivation of landscape architect in the past ten years,the landscape architect professional training system of the local universities has been actively explored:establishing the talent cultivation goal of with relying on advantages,highlighting characteristics and serving the localities:Proposing the"TECS"talent training concept and"fine’2+2+1’"talents training mode;Setting up with a blend of disciplines with outstanding characteristics based on the same discipline as the foundation,composite theory as the support,planning and design as the leading,and pluralistic practice as the platform.
