摘要
为了建立304不锈钢在青岛污染海洋大气环境下的腐蚀预测模型,采用紫外+周浸的加速试验方法制定了一种模拟污染海洋大气的环境加速腐蚀试验谱,并将304不锈钢在该模拟环境下进行了加速腐蚀试验。利用失重法、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、腐蚀电化学等方法分析了304不锈钢在室内模拟海洋大气环境加速谱下的腐蚀行为,利用灰色关联度法研究了其与青岛海洋大气环境下室外暴露试验的相关性,并建立了304不锈钢在青岛海洋大气环境下的腐蚀寿命预测模型。结果表明:在该模拟加速谱中,304不锈钢的腐蚀失重速率符合金属在自然环境下腐蚀的幂函数规律,腐蚀产物主要为Fe2O3、Fe3O4以及FeOOH。室内加速腐蚀试验与户外暴露试验符合腐蚀产物与动力学相关性原则,其灰色关联度大于0.6。建立了304不锈钢在污染海洋大气环境下的腐蚀寿命预测模型:T304=62.47016t0.443669(T304为304不锈钢的加速腐蚀试验时间,单位为h;t为户外暴露时间,单位为a)。
In order to establish the corrosion life prediction model of 304 stainless steel in Qingdao polluted marine atmospheric environment,a kind of environmental acceleration spectrum simulating the polluted marine atmosphere was designed by using the method of acceleration test of UV+cyclic immersion,and the accelerated corrosion test of 304 stainless steel in this acceleration spectrum was carried out.Weight loss method,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and electrochemical method were used to analyze the corrosion behavior of the 304 stainless steel in simulated polluted marine atmosphere under the acceleration spectrum.In addition,grey correlation method was used to measure the relevance between the Qingdao outdoor atmospheric corrosion test and the indoor simulated accelerated corrosion test,and the life prediction model of 304 stainless steel under polluted marine atmospheric environment in Qingdao was established.Results showed the corrosion weight loss rate of 304 stainless steel in the simulated acceleration spectrum conformed to the rule of power function of metal corrosion in natural environment,and the corrosion products mainly consisted of Fe2O3,Fe3O4 and FeOOH.The indoor accelerated corrosion test and outdoor exposure test conformed to the principle of correlation between corrosion products and dynamics,and the grey correlation degree was greater than 0.6.Furthermore,the prediction model of corrosion life of 304 stainless steel in the environment of polluted marine environment was:T304=62.47016t0.443669(T304 was the time of accelerated corrosion test,and its unit was h;t was outdoor exposure time,and its unit was a).
