摘要
                
                    某H62黄铜制成的抱箍在使用一段时间后发生自然断裂。采用化学成分、力学性能、硬度、显微组织、断口表面形貌以及微区能谱分析等检测项目对断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:断裂原因为脱锌腐蚀和应力腐蚀综合所致,抱箍中含锌量较高,达到38%~39%,以及海水腐蚀环境导致脱锌腐蚀,而脱锌腐蚀所产生的表面蚀坑加速了应力腐蚀开裂的进程。最后,对原材料板材进行180℃×1.5 h退火后处理,消除应力,又选择锌含量<38%的黄铜以及控制晶粒度均匀一致,最终原材料通过了海试试验,并达到了规定的服役要求。
                
                The fracture causes of H62 brass hoop in use of natural seawater environment after a period of time were analyzed by chemical composition,mechanical properties,hardness,microstructure,fracture surface morphology and micro area energy spectrum analysis.Results showed that the fracture was caused by the combination of dezincification corrosion and stress corrosion.Zinc content in hoop was high(38%-39%)and dezincification corrosion was caused by seawater environment,and the surface pits caused by dezincification corrosion accelerated the process of stress corrosion.The counter measure was determined as follows:the raw material sheet was annealed at 180℃for 1.5 h;the brass with zinc content should be less than 38%and the grain size was uniform.At last,the raw material passed the sea trial and met the service requirements.
