摘要
半导体产业是当前世界各国科技竞争的焦点之一,是支撑当前经济社会发展和保障国家安全的战略性、基础性和先导性产业。半导体材料是半导体产业的基础,本文对半导体材料的国内标准现状进行了详细的介绍,并对未来的标准化发展方向给出了建议。
The semiconductor industry is one of the focuses of scientific and technological competition in the world,which is a strategic,basic and leading industry that supports the current economic and social development and safeguards national security.The semiconductor materials is the foundation of the semiconductor industry.This paper gives a detailed introduction to the present situation of semiconductor materials’s domestic standards,and gives some suggestions for the future development tendency of standardization.
