某铜硫矿选矿厂改扩建方案探讨

摘要 内蒙古某铜硫矿选矿厂停产约8年,现需对其60万t/a选厂进行改造,扩建至80万t/a的生产能力。对浮选段工艺流程进行了优化试验研究,获得了良好的试验结果。实验结果表明:铜精矿品位为18.70%,提升了1.68%,铜精中硫含量降至26.70%,铜精回收率为78.71%,提升了4.86%;最终硫精矿品位为40.30%,提升了0.46%,硫精中铜含量降至0.10%,硫精回收率为87.49%,提升了1.19%。本文以该试验结果为基础,针对原生产中存在的问题,从改造成本、改造效率及自动化控制等因素考虑,对该选厂进行了改扩建方案探讨,以期获得科学合理,经济可行的方案。 A copper sulfide ore concentrator in Inner Mongolia has been out of production for about 8 years,Now it needs to reconstruct and expand its 600000t/a concentrator to 800000t/a production capacity.The optimized experimental study on the flotation process was carried out,and good experimental results were obtained:copper concentrate grade was 18.70%,increased by 1.68%,sulfur content in copper concentrate was reduced to 26.70%,copper recovery was 78.71%,increased by 4.86%;The final grade of sulfur concentrate was 40.30%,increased by 0.46%,the content of copper in sulfur concentrate was reduced to 0.10%,and the recovery of sulfur concentrate was 87.49%,increased by 1.19%.Based on the experimental results and in view of the problems existing in the original production,considering the factors such as transformation cost and automatic control,this paper discusses the reconstruction and expansion scheme of the concentrator,in order to obtain a scientific,reasonable and economically feasible reconstruction scheme.
