基于动态内凸滑台碰撞试验假人伤害研究 被引量:1

摘要 乘用车内部凸出物试验动态确定头部碰撞区域是通过模拟实际碰撞,确定碰撞点,划定碰撞区域。其规定了发生碰撞时,由于车内的尖锐部件,对乘员的头部造成的额外伤害。目前国内外有关内凸试验的标准中均只将假人头部伤害作为考核指标。但是,现行的C-NCAP评价体系和实车碰撞的法规中,假人的颈部、胸部、骨盆、腿部等部位的伤害都是重要的考核指标,且占比较重;同时,大量的动态内凸试验也表明在碰撞过程中,假人的胸部、骨盆和腿部会产生剧烈冲击。本文以某款乘用车的动态内凸滑台碰撞试验为例,研究分析95th男性假人胸部、骨盆、腿部等部位的伤害情况,为整车的开发提供设计思路和性能考量。 The head impact area is determined dynamically by protrusion test in passenger car,that is,the collision point is determined and the collision area is delineated by simulating the actual collision.It provides for additional head injuries caused by sharp parts in the car when a collision occurs.At present,only the dummy head is used as the evaluation index in the internal convex test standards at home and abroad.However,in the current C-NCAP evaluation system,the degree of injury in the neck,chest,pelvis,leg and other parts of the dummy is an important assessment index,and occupies a large proportion.At the same time,a large number of dynamic convexity tests also show that the dummy’s chest,pelvis and legs will have a greater impact during the collision process.In this paper,the impact test of a passenger car’s dynamic convex sliding platform is taken as an example to study and analyze the injuries of chest,pelvis,leg and other parts of 95th male dummy,provide design ideas and performance considerations for vehicle development.
