摘要
本文通过主观评价及客观试验发现调校车与对标车辆的性能差距,根据评价结果设定目标值,并初步分析了操纵稳定性、舒适性能上可能存在的问题。在调校过程中分别针对弹簧、稳定杆、减振器、转向系统、四轮定位参数、前后缓冲块等影响车辆性能的关键项进行了分析及调整。经过本次调校车辆的操纵稳定性及舒适性能得到了较大的提升,接近对标车的性能并且超过目标值。通过该调校过程的展示,为整车企业与科研机构对乘用车操纵稳定性及舒适性的底盘调校提供一些参考方法。
This article through subjective evaluation and objective test,find the performance gap between the benchmark vehicle and the standard vehicle,sets the target value according to the evaluation result,and preliminarily analyzes the possible problems in the handling stability and comfort performance.In the tuning process,the key factors affecting vehicle performance,such as spring,stabilizer,shock absorber,steering system,four-wheel positioning parameters,front and rear bump stop,are analyzed and tuning.After this tuning,the vehicle’s handling stability and comfort performance were greatly improved,this was close to the performance of the benchmark vehicle and exceeded the target value.Through the demonstration of the tuning process,some reference methods are provided for vehicle enterprises and research institutions to adjust the chassis of passenger vehicle’s handling stability and comfort.
