基于仿真分析的牵引座静态强度试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 以道路车辆牵引座为主要研究对象,针对牵引座静态强度试验进行研究,分析牵引座的结构特性。基于《道路车辆牵引座强度试验》标准中规定的试验方法,并结合牵引座实际工况分析,采用仿真与实际试验相结合的方式,验证牵引座结构强度是否满足要求。研究结果表明,牵引座在模拟受拉工况下,鞍座板的最大变形为1.07mm,与其宽度比值<0.2%,符合标准要求;在静态举升工况下,仿真及实际试验中,牵引座表面局部应力超过材料的抗拉强度,牵引座出现较大塑形变形,表面出现裂纹,但整体未断裂,牵引销仍未脱离,牵引座满足标准要求。仿真结果与试验结果吻合,仿真测试可作为试验测试的有效支持和依据。 Taking the road vehicle traction seat as the main research object,the static strength test of the traction seat is studied to analyze the structural characteristics of the traction seat.Based on the test method specified in the"Road Vehicle Traction Base Strength Test"standard,combined with the analysis of the actual working conditions of the traction seat,a combination of simulation and actual test is used to verify whether the structural strength of the traction seat meets the requirements.The research results show that the maximum deformation of the saddle plate is 1.07 mm under the simulated tensile working condition,and its width ratio is<0.2%,which meets the standard requirements;under static lifting conditions,in the simulation and actual tests,the traction The local stress on the surface of the seat exceeds the tensile strength of the material,the traction seat has a large plastic deformation,and the surface has cracks,but the whole is not broken,the traction pin has not yet detached,and the traction seat meets the standard requirements.The simulation results are consistent with the test results,and the simulation test can be used as an effective support and basis for the test test.
