摘要
                
                    BIM建筑信息模型是集成GIS地理信息系统的巨大数字地理信息数据,具有较高数据可视化和仿真性的三维模型技术平台,为山地建筑项目的台地平场数据分析提供了真实可信的底层数据基础及高效的可视化技术处理手段,能够帮助政府职能部门与项目建设团队在建设项目启动初期即从台地通达性、方案合规性、土石方挖填、支护成本等方面对项目的难易度、工程的施工时间等进行比较,得到综合性价比最高的平场计划方案。该文通过“重庆奉节海成印江府项目”“重庆朗诗乐府项目”“重庆中交漫山四期五期项目”等典型山地建设项目的实际应用经验,提出了一整套适用于山地城市建设项目的BIM+GIS台地分析解决方案,可为BIM+GIS技术在该领域的发展提供新思路。
                
                The BIM building information model is a 3D model technology platform with high data visualization and simulation,providing massive digital geographic information data integrating the GIS geographic information system.It provides an authentic and relible underlying data foundation and efficient visualization technology processing methods for the platform flat field data analysis of mountainous construction projects.It can help the government’s functional departments and project construction teams compare the project difficulty and the construction duration in terms of platform accessibility,project compliance,earthwork excavation and filling,support costs and so forth in the initial stage of the construction project,thereby obtaining the most comprehensive and cost-effective flat-field plan.Through the practical application experience of typical mountainous construction projects such as“Chongqing Fengjie Haicheng Yinjiang Project”,“Chongqing Langshi Yuefu Project”,“Chongqing CCCC Manshan Phase 4 and Phase 5 Projectd”,etc.,this paper presented a set of BIM+GIS platform analysis solutions suitable for construction projects in mountainous cities,which can provide new ideas for the development of BIM+GIS technology in this field.
