摘要
为推动装配式建筑发展,国家及地方强调要健全装配式建筑各项标准,建立企业级基于BIM的装配式建筑预制构件库,以提高装配式设计效率和质量,满足标准化、精细化设计要求。该文在国内建筑分类与编码标准现有规范基础上,通过对装配式建筑预制构件智能编码研究,为BIM模型在设计及后续施工、运营等全过程阶段的应用奠定基础。
In order to promote the development of prefabricated buildings,the national and local governments emphasize the need to improve various standards for prefabricated buildings,and establish an enterprise-level BIM-based prefabricated components base,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of prefabricated design,and meet the requirements of standardized and refined design.Based on the existing norms of domestic building classification and coding standards,this paper studied intelligent coding for prefabricated components of prefabricated buildings,which lays a foundation for the application of BIM models in the whole process of design,and subsequent construction and operation.
