摘要
重庆是典型的山地城市,建设项目建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的应用本身就具有一定特色,分析当前BIM应用在城市区域中呈点状分布的现状特点,难以满足基于BIM资产更加宏观的城市级的应用需求。该文将探讨一种城市级BIM资产建设体系,基于山地城市地理空间框架要素信息特征,利用程序化建模手段和相关软件技术,提高不同精细度等级的BIM数据生产效率。同时,结合山地城市三维信息管理平台应用需求特点,开展面向政府和企业的应用探索,实现可视化展示、指标审查分析、设施设备精细化管理,进一步体现BIM资产的应用价值,从而推动BIM技术的发展。
Chongqing is a typical mountainous city.The application of building informationmodeling(BIM)technology in construction projects is quite special.After analyzing the current application situation of BIM in urban areas,it’s found that it’s difficult to meet the macro city-level application requirements based on BIM assets.This paper discussed a city-level BIM asset construction system.Based on the information characteristics of the geographical space frame elements of mountainous cities,the procedural modeling methods and related software technologies were used to improve the production efficiency of BIM data with different levels of fineness.Meanwhile,combined with the application requirements of the threedimensional information management platform in mountainous cities,application exploration for the government and enterprises were made.Thus,visual display,index review and analysis,and refined management of facilities and equipment were realized,further reflecting the application value of BIM assets,thereby promoting the development of BIM technology.
