摘要
经历20余年快速建设,我国城市发展已步入转型期,大量城市进入存量片区更新改造阶段,而山地城市在更新改造过程中面临的问题与平原城市存在较大差异。重庆市是我国典型的山地城市,本文以重庆市渝中区多个老旧社区改造项目为例,梳理山地城市更新改造项目的调研调查工作,思考并总结了具体项目的实施过程,从调研调查前期工作、实施方法、调研总结等方面,系统性地提出调研调查工作实施路径,为未来同类更新改造项目提供调研调查工作方法的支撑与参考。
After more than 20 years of rapid construction,urban development in China has entered the period of transition.A quantity of cities have entered a stage of stock renewal and transformation.In this stage the mountainous cities are faced with problems sharply different from plain cities.Chongqing is a typical mountain city in China.Therefore,this paper took several old community renovation projects in Yuzhong District of Chongqing as a case to lay out the investigation and survey work of the urban renewal and renovation projects in a mountainous city and summarizef the implementation process of specific projects,with the implementation path of such investigation systematically presented in terms of preliminary work,implementation methods,investigation and summary,which provide support and reference for investigation and suevey methods for similar renovation projects in the future.
