摘要
建筑工业化与绿色化深度融合是建筑业高质量发展的必要趋势。该文运用“工程”系统思维和“产品”融合思维,进行“双化”实施路径研究,回答“双化”融合五大关键问题,并从工程与技术、投资与产品、市场与客户三个维度进行分析,以期为建筑工业化与绿色化融合发展实施路径理清基本思路。
The deep integration of building industrialization and greening is a trend for the high-quality development of buildings.This paper used the systematic thinking of“engineering”and the integration thinking of“product”to conduct a research on the implementation path of“dualization”,discussed the five key issues in the“dualized”integration,and analyzed from three dimensions of engineering and technology,investment and products,market and customers,in hope of clarifying the basic ideas for the implementation path of the integrated development of building industrialization and greening.
