摘要
利用2003-2016年中国城市雾霾浓度面板数据,使用核密度估计法和Dagum基尼系数测度城市雾霾污染的分布动态与区域差异,利用变异系数与空间收敛模型检验其σ收敛和β收敛。研究结果表明:东部和中部城市的雾霾浓度较高,西部和东北部城市的雾霾浓度相对较低;各区域城市雾霾污染均呈现两极或多极化趋势,且呈现明显的梯度特征;全国相对差异总体呈现波动上升的趋势,区域间差异是总体差异的主要来源;全国及四大区域在样本期间内均不存在明显的σ收敛,但存在显著的β收敛,其中东北地区收敛速度最快,中部地区收敛速度最慢;城市雾霾污染存在非常显著的空间相关性,空间外溢是四大区域β收敛的重要影响因素之一。
Based on the haze concentration data of urban panel in China from 2003 to 2016,this paper uses kernel density estimation and Dagum Gini coefficient to measure the distribution dynamics and regional differences of haze pollution,and further uses coefficient of variation to analyze theirσconvergence,and establishes dynamic spatial panel data model to test theirβconvergence.The results show that haze concentration in the eastern and central regions is higher than that in the western and northeastern regions.Haze pollution in each region shows a bipolar or multipolar trend with obvious gradient characteristics.The overall difference shows an upward trend of fluctuation,and the differences between regions are the major source of overall difference.There is no obviousσconvergence in the whole country and the four regions during the sample period,but there is a significantβconvergence.The convergence rate is the fastest in the northeast region and the slowest in the central region.There is a significant spatial correlation between haze pollution in the four regions,and spatial spillover is one of the important factors affecting theβconvergence in the four regions.
