摘要
本文调查表明:中关村青年创业者的创业特质、创业精神和创业能力及综合创业素质均良好,远高于安徽青年创业者;不同年龄和学历的创业者的创业素质差异不大,理工类和经管类创业者的创业素质反而较低,男性创业者的创业素质明显高于女性,再次创业者的创业素质显著高于初次创业者。这证明了人才的高创业素质决定创业的高效益,也揭示了创业素质开发中存在传统教育观念的性别歧视、创业教育的功能较弱、专业教育的实用性不足等问题。最后提出:家庭应强化以创业特质为核心的早期教育;高校应实施创业能力导向的教育改革,丰富创业知识和提升技能水平;政府应通过制度设计,优化创业环境和实践教育条件,通过"创中学"和经验交流提升青年创业素质,点燃我国"大众创业、万众创新"战略的引擎。
The survey shows as follows:the entrepreneurial characteristics,entrepreneurial spirit,entrepreneurial ability and comprehensive entrepreneurial quality of young entrepreneurs in Zhongguancun are all good,far higher than that of young entrepreneurs in Anhui Province;the entrepreneurial quality of different ages and educational background has little difference,but the entrepreneurial quality of Science&Engineering and Economics&Management is lower,and the quality of male entrepreneurs is significantly higher than that of female entrepreneurs,and the quality of re-entrepreneurs is significantly higher than that of first-time entrepreneurs.It proves that“the high quality of talents determines the high efficiency of entrepreneurship”;but there are some problems in the development of entrepreneurship quality,such as sexism in traditional education concept,weak function of entrepreneurship education,and lack of practicability in professional education.Finally,it proposes that families should strengthen early education with entrepreneurship characteristics as the core,and universities should implement the education reform oriented by entrepreneurial ability,and improve entrepreneurial knowledge and skills,and government should optimize the entrepreneurial environment and practical education conditions through system design,and further improve the entrepreneurial quality of young people through“learning by starting a business”and experience exchange,so as to ignite the engine of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Strategy in China.
