摘要
以"立德树人"为视角,从对当前独立学院主题班会活动中存在的一系列问题出发,导入"四四四"机制拓宽主题班会教育中的激励机制,加强目标激励,推动榜样激励,完善奖励激励,进而丰富主题班会思政引领力的理论和实践,助力青年大学生成长成才。
From the perspective of "building people by virtue" and from the perspective of a series of problems existing in the current thematic class meetings activities in independent colleges. Introducing the "Fourth, Fourth and Fourth" mechanism to broaden the incentive path in thematic class meeting education. Strengthening target incentive,promoting model incentive and improving incentive incentive.
