摘要
从人才培养战略角度出发,高校创新创业教育师资队伍建设对改进和提升教育教学水平具有重要意义。该文从明确"精准培养"理念的内涵着手,详细分析"精准培养"与创新创业教育师资队伍之间的协同作用,主要体现为协同实现人才培养目标的精准化定位、推动人才培养资源的精准化整合、健全人才培养平台的精准化配套等方面,进而提出了精准培养理念下构建创新创业教育师资队伍的新路径。
From the perspective of talent training strategy,the construction of innovative entrepreneurship education teachers in Colleges and universities is of great significance to improve and enhance the level of education and teaching.Starting from clarifying the connotation of the concept of"precise training",this paper makes a detailed analysis of the synergy between"precise training"and the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education,which is mainly embodied in the precise positioning of the goal of personnel training,promoting the precise integration of personnel training resources,and perfecting the precise matching of personnel training platform.In addition,this paper puts forward a new way to construct innovative and entrepreneurship education teachers under the concept of precise training.
