摘要
随着社会的快速发展,高校不断扩招,大学生的数量不断增多,这直接导致大学生就业竞争压力全面提升。在这种背景下,很多大学生的职业价值观受到了影响。职业价值观是社会主义核心价值观的重要部分,要想提升职业价值观教育的效果,必须要将其与社会主义核心价值观融合起来,只有如此,才能够提升职业价值观教育的有效性。基于此,该文就针对这方面的内容进行了分析与探究,并提出一系列高职院校学生职业价值观培育的策略。
With the rapid development of society,colleges and universities continue to expand enrollment,the number of college students continues to increase,which directly leads to the overall pressure of employment competition of college students.In this context,many college students’professional values have been affected.Professional values are an important part of socialist core values.In order to improve the effect of vocational values education,we must integrate them with socialist core values.Only in this way can we improve the effectiveness of vocational values education.Based on this,this paper analyzes and probes into this aspect,and puts forward a series of strategies to cultivate the vocational values of students in higher vocational colleges.
