摘要
我国高等职业院校缺乏教育管理经验,高等职业教育质量一直得不到有效提高,因此高等职业教育要想有巨大的突破,需要将国外西方发达国家的成功的高职教育经验借鉴使用,把我国传统的教育观念摒弃,制定明确管理指导思想和完善学生课程教学体系。该文从国外高职教育管理成功的分析和研究、我国高职教育管理存在的问题等方面进行研究解读,对我国高职教育创新改革提出完善建议,并借鉴国外成功、科学的经验,为我国高等职业教育良好发展提供清晰的思路。
Chinese higher vocational colleges lack educational management experience,and the quality of higher vocational education has not been effectively improved.Therefore,in order to make a great breakthrough in higher vocational education,it is necessary to draw lessons from the successful higher vocational education experience of foreign and western developed countries,abandon the traditional educational concepts of our country,formulate clear management guiding ideology and perfect the student curriculum teaching system.This paper studies and interprets the success of higher vocational education management in foreign countries and the problems existing in the management of higher vocational education in our country,and puts forward some suggestions for the innovation and reform of higher vocational education in our country,and draws lessons from the successful and scientific experience of foreign countries,so as to develop the higher vocational education in our country well.The exhibition adopts a clear train of thought.
