摘要
思想政治教育是育人的工作,研究教育对象,因材施教、"对症下药"地开展思想政治教育工作是提高育人实效的必然要求。高校思政课是开展思想政治教育工作的主阵地,结合习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上对思政课提出的新要求,明确思想政治教育的宗旨,着眼于当下思政课堂上出现的问题,追根溯源,实现思想政治教育与学生发展需求的对接是促进高校思政课教学改革、提高思政课教学效果从而达到立德树人的教育目标的题中应有之义。
