摘要
伴随着我国社会经济发展速度的加快,市场经济正在呈现出多元化的发展趋势,企业与企业之间的技术和人才竞争也日益激烈。该文立足大学生就业实践一线,首先分析了当代大学生职业胜任力培养中存在的问题,并结合工作经验,进一步阐述了优化大学生职业胜任力的策略,旨在分享工作经验,以期对培养大学生职业胜任力有所裨益。
With the rapid development of China’s social economy,the market economy is showing a diversified development trend,and the technology and talent competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce.Based on the employment practice of college students,this paper first analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of vocational competence of contemporary college students,and further expounds the strategies to optimize the vocational competence of college students,aiming to share working experience,in order to be beneficial to the cultivation of vocational competence of college students.
