摘要
大学生是我国现代社会基层党组织力量的重要组成部分,是我国基层党组织发展与壮大的重要群体。该文简要阐述了工科院校学生党员培养及教育管理标准化的发展情况,分析了工科院校的《党员成长手册》大致内容,对以《党员成长手册》完善为例的学生党员培养及教育管理标准化策略进行深入探究。
College students are the important part of the strength of the grass-roots party organizations in modern society,and an important group for the development and expansion of the grass-roots party organizations in China.This paper briefly expounds the development of student Party member training and education management standardization in engineering colleges,analyzes the general content of the"Party member Growth Manual"in engineering colleges,and probes into the strategies of student Party member training and education management standardization taking the improvement of the"Party member Growth Manual"as an example.
