摘要
新时期,在高等教育改革步伐不断加快,人才培养理念越发成熟下,大学生实践能力培养也得到了很多关注。通过对部分高校实践教学管理状况进行分析可以发现,实践教学管理层面存在的不足对大学生实践能力培养产生了十分明显的制约性影响。该文将分析常见的实践教学管理不足,并就如何培养大学生实践能力提出合理建议。
In the new period, the reform of higher education is accelerating, and the concept of talent cultivation is becoming more and more mature, the cultivation of college students’ practical ability has also received a lot of attention.Through the analysis of the management status of practical teaching in some colleges and universities, it can be found that the deficiency in the management level of practical teaching has a very obvious restrictive effect on the cultivation of college students’ practical ability. This paper will analyze the shortcomings of practical teaching management, and put forward reasonable Suggestions on how to cultivate college students’ practical ability.
