摘要
高职院校学生法制教育是高职院校教育的重要构成部分,也是培育高职学生成长为当代良好公民的关键方式,所以法制教育具备促进个体发展以及社会发展的双重职能。但就目前而言,我国大部分高职院校法制教育均存在不同程度的问题尚未得到合理的解决,使得许多高职院校学生毕业之后依旧存在缺乏法律意识的问题。为此,文章讨论高职院校学生法制教育存在的问题,同时提出重视文化育人以及丰富法制教育方式等具体措施,以期帮助学生养成正确的法制观察。
The legal education of students in higher vocational colleges is an important part of higher vocational education,and also a key way to cultivate higher vocational students to grow into good citizens.Therefore,legal education has dual functions of promoting individual development and social development.However,at present,most of the legal education in Higher Vocational Colleges in China has some problems that have not been solved reasonably,which makes many students still lack of legal awareness after graduation.Therefore,this paper discusses the problems existing in the legal education of students in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some concrete ways,such as attaching importance to cultural education and enriching the legal education methods,in order to help students develop correct legal consciousness.
