摘要
当代教育迎来改革新潮流,高职高专院校学生的管理工作、心理发展、学习等诸多方面,面临着新形势下的挑战。文章对于高职高专院校的学生管理工作所面临的问题进行分析研究,结合各学校管理经验,对相关问题提出解决性策略。
Contemporary education ushered in a new trend of reform, vocational and technical college students’ management, psychological development, learning and many other aspects, are facing the challenges under the new situation. This paper analyzes and studies the problems faced by the student management in higher vocational colleges and universities, and puts forward the solving strategies based on the management experience of each school.
