摘要
物流行业发展迅速,对应用型人才的需求量急剧增加。该文从优化资源、行业发展、社会发展三个层面阐述应用型物流人才培养的重要性,以苏州旅游与财经高等职业技术学校和京东合作为例,建立京东物流学院,阐述校企合作模式下物流应用型人才培养模式的创新路径。
The logistics industry is developing rapidly,and the demand for corresponding talents is increasing rapidly.This paper expounds the importance of applied logistics talent training from three aspects of optimizing resources,industry development and social development.Taking suzhou tourism and finance higher vocational and technical school and jingdong cooperation as an example,this paper establishes jingdong logistics college and expounds the innovative path of logistics applied talent training mode under the cooperation mode of school and enterprise.
