Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System Mechanism and Guarantee System Construction in Colleges and Universities——Take Suhai Vocational and Technical College as an Example

摘要大学生是我国经济社会发展的中坚力量。新时期,我国经济社会发展水平已经迈入了一个新的台阶,在此背景下,社会对大学生人才的要求不再局限于他们的专业课知识与技能,而越来越注重他们的创新创业能力。文章根据国务院办公厅《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》(国办发〔2015〕36号)、团中央《关于加强共青团促进青年创业就业服务体系建设的实施意见》(中青发〔2014〕1号)、自治区人民政府办公厅印发《深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施方案》(内政办字〔2015〕229号)、《内蒙古自治区人民政府关于进一步做好新形势下就业创业工作的实施意见》(内政发〔2015〕103号)、《乌海职业技术学院创新创业教育改革实施方案》(乌院发〔2015〕87号)等文件精神,以提高当代大学生创新创业能力,培养创新创业主力军为根本目标,对我国当代大学生创新创业教育体制机制与保障体系进行了思考与探索。 College students are the backbone of China’s economic and social development.In the new era,China’s economic and social development level has entered a new level,under this background,the social requirements for college students are no longer limited to their professional knowledge and skills,but more and more attention to their innovation and entrepreneurship ability.In this paper,according to the general office of the state council on deepening the reform of the institutions of higher learning innovation entrepreneurship education implementation opinion"the central"on strengthening the construction of the communist youth league promote youth entrepreneurship employment service system of the implementation opinions",the autonomous regional people’s government office"issued by deepening the reform of institutions of higher learning innovation entrepreneurship education of the implementation of the plan,the Inner Mongolia autonomous region people’s government on further do a good job employment entrepreneurship under the new situation of the implementation opinions","the wuhai vocational technology The implementation plan of college innovation and entrepreneurship education reform,and other document spirits,take improving the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of contemporary college students and training the main force of innovation and en-trepreneurship as the fundamental goal,and think and explore the system mechanism and guarantee system of innovation and entrepreneurship education for contemporary college students in China.
