摘要
独立学院是高等学校教育中的重要组成部分,它施行的是本科以上的学校教育,属于公益性组织的一种,依法享有民办教育的权利,并且具有一定的奖励和扶持政策。从独立学院的教学管理模式上看,过程管理是其中的重要组成部分,它对于增强独立学院的综合性能来说有着一定的作用。该文通过对独立学院教学管理现状问题的阐述,分析过程管理在教学管理中的应用优势,并就基于过程管理的独立学院教学管理进行具体的说明,从而探讨促进过程管理在独立学院教学管理中应用的方法。
Independent college is an important part of higher education,it is the implementation of undergraduate school education,belongs to the public welfare organizations,the right to private education according to law,and has certain incentives and support policies.From the point of view of the teaching management mode of independent colleges,process management is an important part of it,which plays a certain role in enhancing the comprehensive performance of independent colleges.This article through to the independent college teaching management present situation question carries on the elaboration,the analysis process management in the teaching management application superiority,and carries on the concrete explanation to the independent college teaching management based on the process management,thus discusses the promotion process management in the independent college teaching management application method.
