普通高等医学院校“双创”教育教师队伍建设策略

Teaching Staff Construction Strategy of "Double-gen Education" in General Medical Colleges

摘要 普通高等医学院校普遍存在"双创"教师数量不足、士气低落、专业能力不足、兼职社会师资利用不足等情况,严重制约了高等医学院校的"双创"教育工作开展。基于对高等医学院校在专业、学科设置上的特殊性分析,探索实践了其在"双创"教育教师队伍建设中应坚持学校顶层设计先行,打造以校内专兼职"双创"教师为核心力量,广泛引进校外兼职教师为补充,引进与培育并行的独特建设策略,以期构建符合当前高校"双创"教育发展需要的高素质"双创"教育师资队伍。 In general higher medical schools,there generally exist insufficient number of"double-innovation"teachers,low morale,insufficient professional ability,and insufficient utilization of part-time social teachers,which seriously restricts the development of"double-innovation"education in higher medical institutions.Based on the speciality analysis of professional and subject settings in colleges and universities,we have explored and practiced that in the teacher team building of the"double-innovation"education,it should adhere to the top-level design of the school first,and create a unique construction strategy including a core force with full-time and part-time"double-innovation"teachers in the school,introducing part-time teachers outside the school as supplement,and making introduction and cultivation in parallel,so as to build a high-quality"double-creation"education faculty which meets the needs of current"double-creation"education development in colleges and universities.
