摘要
传统"大班"制的中职舞蹈教学,教师要面对较多的学生进行面授,经常只能先顾及整体教学需求,再关注个体差异教学。学生的学习常常依赖教师的示范指导,养成被动接受知识和重技能轻理论的学习习惯。新时代下的中职舞蹈多元化教学对传统舞蹈教学改革有着重要意义,是发挥"线上""线下"优势,以"学生为主体"采用多层次教学活动、多样化技术手段、多维度教学评价相融合为主旨的教学理念。引导学生分层次学习,让学生成为学习的真正主人,提高舞蹈学习效率,也使学生个人能力得到全面提升。
Teachers would teach a large number of students and pay attention to the overall teaching needs at first,and then take account into the individual difference teaching in the traditional"big class"system.Students often depend on the teacher’s demonstration guidance and develop the habit of passive acceptance of knowledge and emphasis on skills and theory.It is of great significance that the diversified teaching of secondary vocational dancing in the new era reform to the traditional dance teaching.It is a teaching method to exert the advantages of"online"and"offline",and adopt multi-level teaching activities,diversified technical means and multi-dimensional teaching evaluation.It will guide students to study at different levels,to make students become the real masters of learning,to improve the efficiency of dance learning,and to improve the students’personal ability in an all-round way.
