摘要
为建设全媒体体系,推动媒体融合向纵深发展,国家对全媒体人提出"四全"的新要求。在这个背景下,2020年2月,全媒体运营师这个职业应运而生。该文对全媒体运营师职业的属性进行了全方位解读,开创性地提出建立以高职院校为主导,本科院校、企业为主体,社会力量广泛参与的"1+X"多元联合培养体系,并从制定培养方案、研发课程体系、创新"1+X"证书制度三方面进行了创新性探讨。针对人才培养过程中可能面临的挑战,笔者也给出了相应建议。
In order to build an all media system and promote the in-depth development of media integration,the state puts forward new requirements for all media people.In this context,in February 2020,Omnimedia Operation came into being.This paper interprets the professional attributes of Omnimedia operators in an all-round way,and creatively proposes the establishment of a"1+X"multiple joint training system with higher vocational colleges as the leading role,undergraduate colleges and enterprises as the main body,and social forces’extensive participation.It also makes innovative discussions from three aspects:the development of training programs,the research and development of curriculum system,and the innovation of"1+X"certificate system.In view of the possible challenges in the process of personnel training,the author also puts forward some opinions.
